Looking for someone to convert my 1.9+ Resourcepack to 1.8!

So.. I got a 1.9+ resourcepack (works on 1.9. 1.10, 1.11 and 1.12) and I am willing to transform it to a 1.8 resourcepack but I have no idea how to make it happen, if you're up for this please hit me up on discord at ItsGamingSoni#8545 or post here.
