In need of a Professional Server Banner

Hi, I own a Minecraft Prison Server. This server is called Xonia Prison and I am going for a nice, professional-looking theme to it.
Anyway I am in need of a Professional Looking Server Banner.
If it''s top quality maybe we can get some sort of partnership going on as there are more servers to come throughout The Xonia Network

I am on a strict budget with the server because I have already bought the visas I need and I have everything (Money wise.) planned out.
Because of this you have 2 choices when it comes to rewards:
> You can wait until the server launches and donations start flowing in and I can pay you. (Price varies.)
> Or you can be white-listed on the private server I own now that will become the Build Nation server and have a permanent £20 Donator rank.

If you choose me as your designer I'd much rather wait to be paid than be a donator as I do not play Minecraft very much anymore. Here are my most recent designs. Most of these are logos however I do web banners, wallpapers, avatars, and just about anything else.
