I Need a YouTube Intro!

Hey guys, you probably don't know me very well so let's just get straight to the point .
My channel has been growing fast lately, as a matter of fact I just hit 100 subscribers 2 or 3 days ago... And my problem is... My unprofessional intro that I made myself... So I'm requesting... an intro. Here's my channel:

Details:
I want the screen completely black, then green smoke (toxic gas) coming out with my name fading in "eSperViper" with the font "PowerChord" in dark green colored text. Thanx if you read all this and will attempt to make an intro for me I guess... See you all laterz!!
