Description/Picture: I would like a skin that looks like a dark blue fish with orange fins/gills (So like thick orange stripes on the arms)
Do you want it on the Skindex?: Sure!
Anything else you want to say/request?: You don't have to, but I would prefer you made the fins/gills 3D with the new jackets thing for 1.8 skins.
