Requesting advice: how to draw beards on skins like mine?

I'm a skinner who mainly focuses on recreating people's favorite athletes, as a huge sports fan myself lol. I try to be as detailed as possible, especially since my skins have removable football helmets, but I find myself avoiding making players who have beards or ignoring their beards entirely. I don't know how to make their beards in the space I have, anyone have tips? You can check my pfp or my profile to see what I'm talking about, most of my skins follow the same layout.

what program do you use for skin making, cause it depends, but in general, you would want to create a noisy drawing of a beard. depending on the beard, if its all around the mouth it is best to have it go 1-2 pixels below the chin and one pixel above the mouth, for ones that are only below the mouth, have them be similar to the full ones but without it going above the mouth. and for goatees you should use the bottom middle two pixels on the face and the front middle two pixels on the bottom of the head to make it, and for all these it is good to mix in some of the second layer for some bushiness
