Artists, Builders, Mods, Admins, Devs - Superheroes server

Server Modpack
Note: Extract the mods inside the mods folder if you already have forge in order to manually install them. Otherwise, copy the contents of the modpack into your .minecraft folder and it /should/ work!
The server will be a DC Batman-focused modded Thermos server, with plans to expand to all of DC and Marvel, adds Towns and possibly a Star Wars server.
For all staff roles you will need some level of maturity - I'm not accepting you if you type/speak like a 7 year old.
Firstly, I need a build team of about 10 people. You are required to have some knowledge about the locations in and around Gotham City, including the Batcave, Arkham Asylum, Wayne Tower, ACE Chemicals and the Botanical Gardens. If not, you must be able to research and learn about them. Use the wikia! You should also be able to use/work out how to use WorldEdit and/or VoxelSniper.
Secondly, I need about 2 admins. It is recommended that you have some prior knowledge with the follow mods, but not required as myself and others are currently learning it. You should show initiative, dedication and generally be good at working things out and solving problems.
WAILA, BetterQuesting, ForgeEssentials, IronBackpacks, CustomNPCs, Code Chicken Core, Superheroes Unlimited and Legends Core. This list is subject to change!
Moderators will be needed later, but at this stage we're just focused on getting the server ready for people. So, if you'd like to become a mod later, for now you could apply for the role of advertising the server. Share it with your friends (it won't be whitelisted while we work on it so people can join and mess around), add it to server lists etc.
Finally, a nice addition to the staff team would be anyone with familiarity with mods, and anyone who can code mods.
Oh, as an extra, if anyone's particularly good at drawing in comic style, we'd love to add you to our writing team!
I have previously owned a server, so while I'm experienced, I tend to be quite ambitious, so I understand not everything planned will happen. It'd be nice though

Anyone who has experience with mods running on servers in place of plugins is highly requested!
We're still looking for staff if anyone wants to drop us a message!
TheSecretPanda has been added to our admin team. Still considering others to help in setup, especially those well versed in Modpacks.
UPDATE: We are currently moving from plugins to mods which act like plugins to help the server run smoother, using things like ForgeEssentials. This will make admin a little more challenging since the majority of us will need to learn new commands etc.
