How do I rank up?
By messaging a Commissar or a High Grand Commissar that you want to rank up. They will give you a set of tasks you have to complete to rank up.

How do I become a Commissar?
This is a simple one: Complete tasks, and rank up to Commissar rank!
What can Commissars do?
They can add widgets, post wall posts, and have the power of Admins!
How many Commissars are allowed?
One High Grand Commissar, and two Commissars.
