    Hello all VIJs! The Great Solar Eclipse will be on April 8. The moon has been a significant symbol throughout history. Some ancient myths tell of a time when the moon did not exist, that it was formed by two brothers, aka Enki and Enlil. It was supposedly formed around the time of the Younger Dryas, and was responsible for creating a massive flood. And while ancient cultures mistakenly thought the earth was flat, they knew a lot about space, too much about space. They discovered planets long before NASA developed the technology to even detect it. And in many religions and cults, the moon is viewed as the source of reincarnation. The tale of The Shining Princess furthers the argument that the moon could be alien related in a sense, as Kaguya is said to have been from the moon. There have also been several NASA satellite images showing lights, cities, and structures on the moon. NASA has later rejected these photos and they began using photoshop to censor all their images after this event. And while it is not like we can just go to the moon and see for ourselves what is up there, these theories and the mainstream scientific understanding are both incredibly interesting. Whether you support mainstream science, conspiracy theories, or myths, the moon is something which fascinates all of us. "Beam me up, Scotty" 👽🌙
