In the aftermath of The Revolution, Rakar has risen up to create a safe, welcoming, and fun Republic for all PMC roleplayers to enjoy. Since roleplays have ended poorly in the past, Rakar adheres to strict policies to prevent hate or strife.

Foreign Policy

The Republic of Rakar hereby acknowledges the failings of military engagements by other groups, resulting in harassment, hate, and the downfall of such groups.
Striving to prevent such a consequence, Rakar's military involvement will be in accordance with such laws as to avoid anger.

1) Rakar will NOT start conflict.

a. Self-Defense is allowed.
b. In accordance with 1a, military development and buildup is permitted, as long as it is limited to self-defense forces.
c. If another nation wishes to enter a roleplay conflict, Rakar is at liberty to partake as long as

-The engagement does NOT escalate to such a level where people are being hurt.
AND
-All involved parties have NO COMPLAINTS against Rakar's behavior.

Rules and Punishment

Any member of the Republic of Rakar found to be causing trouble including but not limited to

-Anger
-Provocation
-Harassment
-Hate
-Spam
-Toxicity

Shall be subject to EXILE from Rakar, and WILL be reported for their actions.

The Republic wishes for the site moderators to understand that we DO NOT affiliate with actions of an individual, whether part of the group or not. We DO NOT support any actions that go against site rules, or that cause hurt to any individual. However, if any of our members do go too far, we acknowledge your duty to hand out appropriate punishment to the individual.

Government

1) The Republic of Rakar shall be ruled by a Supreme Leader: Winters_Bane, the founder of Rakar.

2) However, in order to provide checks and balances to the Supreme Leader, a Council of 3 shall be formed. The council (with a majority (2/3) vote) may veto any action of the Supreme Leader.

3) The Supreme Leader is subject to the site rules, and to all laws established in Rakar.

4) Any citizen of Rakar can give a proposition to implement new rules or ideas.

a. The proposition must be supported by two other citizens.
b. Any proposition supported by the required amount of citizens shall be held up to vote for three (3) days.
c. The proposition CANNOT change any of the starting rules of Rakar, and MUST adhere to site rules.

Roles

Here in Rakar, we allow everyone to participate as they wish!

You can join the military in the-

Air Defense Command (ADC)

Land Army Defense Command (LADC)

Naval Defense Command (NDC)

You could join as a Civilian, in a capacity of your own choosing. You may start businesses (NO REAL MONEY SHALL BE EXCHANGED), engage in politics, or just chill and be part of the experience.

You could join as an Event Planner, hosting jams and creating interactive forums and polls.

You could join as an Artist, diversifying the content made by Rakar, adding to the culture and charm. (Basically a civilian but your works may be displayed and promoted by Rakar.)

You could join as a leader, whether in a civilian or military capacity. Open positions include-

Foreign Affairs Minister (Handles alliances and conflicts.)
Council Member (Basically a second-in-command of the group.)
or
Grand Marshal (Military leader, roles include Air Marshall, Army Marshall, and Admiral.)

The vote will be held as soon as a new person wishes to take office, to give everyone a chance.

Goals

Rakar wishes to accomplish the following goals:

1) A fun and chill roleplay experience.
2) Peaceful interaction with other groups.
3) A place where individuals may express themselves.
4) A place where all are welcome, and are encouraged to participate in the roleplay and make friends.
5) Inspiration for community content. (i.e. Rakar inspired submissions)
6) An end to the violent and hateful history of PMC roleplay.

Individuals who are exemplary at promoting these values shall be commended.
