I (sadly) can't make a server, but I think Eternos (or Aternos? idk) might work, but idk if you can only be on there when the owner is on? I think when you're AFK for long enough it shuts down the server to save data, I mean, you could ask Alpake, we could like, make it creative but then when we've built the city we could make it to survival, (idk lol I just think a civilisation like the PrinceZam Empire would be so cool)
