Yes you can! If you want to attach the backstory or picture to the skin post you absolutely can. I added the ability for blog posts because I didn't know if you could attach a picture to a skin post, as I myself have never tried to do it.

Sure, the post cap is currently set to 5 submissions per participant, so you can make up to 5 characters!

The minimum requirement is the character's name and something about their origin. Try to write at least 2 sentences. I recommend somewhere from 50-2000 words, but there is no maximum. If you want to write a 400 page novel, I don't care, just don't expect me to read the whole thing.

You can use other people's worlds so long as you state the original creator (Ex: If you make a character in the world of Harry Potter, you would credit J.K. Rowling) so long as the character is your original creation.
