1. Do not make a skin of a real-life cultist,  I don't actually condone cults in real life- they're illegal -I just think it's cool in fictional media.
2. Skin must be of a fictional cult or coalition It can be an OC, something from a game or fandom, a show, a movie, or something you made up on the spot. If the skin is of just some robes, please mention in the description or tags that it's supposed to be cult-like <3 <3
3. Adhere to PMC’s TOS and Site Rules
4. Do not steal each other's skins. Similar ideas are okay- and accepted -but do not outright steal a skin.
