the concept of character fusion is fairly well described by the tvtrope entry here
it doesn't have to be sourced from dragon ball, and can be any franchise you want, to give Maximum creative freedom.
preferably you would make your character distinguishable from the either scource and not just one person with different clothes (e.g. : merging Steve and Alex, but all you do is give Steve Alex's clothes.) i want to see the character design truely be merged into the ultimate fusion.
