The daily color palette skinning challenge

About

Welcome to Huevember!

After 5 years of Hiatus, Huevember is back and it's better than ever. For those who are new or don't remember Huevember, its simple: Every day of November, you have a limited color palette you have to use to make a skin with. They vary a lot, with some being basic ramps, others being combinations of colors, and others being a bit wacky. Every day, you take those 5 colors and make a skin with them. Don't worry though, you are encouraged to add more colors to the skin, as long as the main palette is the focus. You can add more colors to the ramp, split it into multiple, or mess with the colors a bit, at the end of the day this event is what you make of it, but I think it's the most fun when some days force you to work outside your comfort zone. That said, if daily skins is too much for you, you can pick and choose which days you want to do.

That said, there are two exceptions: Like past years, day 30 is a limited 15 color palette, and you are not supposed to add more colors to it, but make a skin using only the colors provided. Unlike past years, to add some spice this year, day 15 is a special wildcard challenge: Choose one color from each of the first 14 days, and use only those colors to make a skin.

Since this is using the Jam system, joining, participating, and how trophies will work is changed a bit this time around. Unlike past years where you were required to do 7 days to be a participant, this year only 5 days will be required for the participation trophy. Submit any 5 skins made for the challenge into the Jam and you'll get the participation trophy at the end (there will be some wiggle room in case people fall behind, so the Jam will end 12/05). For those who go above and beyond to do all 30 days, I have an additional trophy, but because of how Jams work, that is a seperate Jam with more instructions on how to submit.

Make sure to tag your skins with #huevember2025 so I can add them to the collection even if they aren't one of the 5 you submit to the jam.
