Judging

Ranked by Judges - Only members of the jam assigned with judging permission can vote.
Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
30 day entry period.
4 day voting phase after the entry period.

Rating Criteria

1. Effort
   Don't just post a skin with "Lackadaisy" written on it, that will either get you disqualified, or given a 1. Effort is appreciated.
   Rated 1 to 10
2. Quality
   While yes, quality might be subjective, I'll be consulting with several judges so that there is no bias.
   Rated 1 to 10
