These skins will be rated based off of creativity and accuracy, not just how good the skin itself is. If a skin looks great and is in top three, it's not there just because it looks good, but because of the style and creativity the artist put into it. But it won't be solely off of looks.

It can be a player skin for bedrock or java, HD or not. No matter the scale.
But it cannot be another person's skin with a few tweaks to it, do not reupload someone else's design and put it into this Jam.
