1. Technical Ability/Innovation
   How the skin uses the limits of the player model well (e.g: creates a skin of a character that isnt humanoid, yet expresses them well).
   Rated 1 to 10
2. Aesthetic
   How the skin represents the character well (e.g: Uses a palette/ detail that makes the character aesthetically pleasing to look at).
   Rated 1 to 10
