What is a Streamer?
I asked Uncle Google and this is what came up:
A streamer is an individual who broadcasts live video content over the internet to an audience in real time.
What is a "New Streamer"?
In my opinion a Streamer that has been streaming less than a year is a New Streamer.

♡ No weird memes and/or spamming
♡ No NSFW and excessive swearing
♡ No drama
☾ You are allowed to send in 5 entries of a raising Streamer
☾ Make a skin that looks like the Streamer or represents the Streamer
☾ You must put the name of the Streamer, and don't forget to add their handles!
