RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Accepting any Skins from player skins to mob reskins
- Games must be made in between 1972 - 2010
- Characters from violent games are allowed, oh though please be mindful on blood and gore
- Participants are only allowed 1 submission
- people who are more or less associated with Retro games are allowed (ie. reviewers)
