Entering the Jam

how will I know what my genre is?

all members who fill out the form / respond to the forum post before february 26 will be mentioned in the forum post!
anyone who joins while the jam is open for entries will be notified within a week

here is what the info will look like:

username	genre & playlist	description
ruietto	bubblegrunge	"indie rock music mixed with fuzzy, energetic instrumentation with sweet vocals and lyrics"

how do I submit an entry?

make sure you've officially joined the jam on this page!

once you make your entry, you can upload it like you would any other content
then you come back to this page and select "enter" and choose the skin you are submitting

do I join through the forum thread or google form?

the google form will be easier to track
however, I understand that some users are hesitant to use google forms, so they can just mention they want to join under the thread

why the long timeline?

with my last contest, a lot of people had trouble thinking of designs (from what I saw on discord)
so to combat this, everyone to joins early find out their genre at the same time, and are able to have ample time to brainstorm
