   Is the design itself unique? Does it stand out from the rest?

3. Effort
   Is it clear that effort was put into the submission? Or is it a mess of unrelated blobs of colors?
   Rated 1 to 3
4. Execution
   How well was the idea executed?
   Rated 1 to 4
