14 day voting phase after the entry period.

1. stupidity
   just make stupid things
   Rated 1 to 10
2. Ugliness
   The uglier the more points
   Rated 1 to 10
3. creativity
   it must be stupid and ugly but creative too.
   Rated 1 to 10
