About your self:
I'm a hard-working person who likes to work to the best of their ability - I'm a strong perfectionist; so when I do something I do it the best I can... however this also makes me feel extremely frustrated if I fail to do my task xD I regularly take part in acting with school and outside of school to create performances, so I know how to work well with a group. I've played Minecraft for around 5 years now, and so I know many basic plugins and commands. I used to be a Senior Admin on a custom freedom server until it shut down, and I found I could learn the commands on there quickly, so I believe I'm a fast learner.
What staff rank are you taking?:
I'd like to become an admin if possible, at the minimum.
Why do you want that staff rank?:
I'd like to become this staff rank because I feel like I could fulfil the requirements needed. This is because I'm quite a good leader when need be, yet not too uptight. I have a good sense of people and right from wrong, so when administrating I have a sort of sixth sense almost to if something fishy is going on.
How did you get interested to join our staff team on MonarchPrison?:
I just saw this post! The professional appearance of your post intrigued me (you don't find much of that on here...). Additionally, I used to own a prison server - I enjoy the gamemode. My server shut down due to the other owner and I having to close it because of exams coming up (big ones for him, smaller ones for me), so we needed to dedicate our time to revising and not the server.
What are you going to do if you are staff now on MonarchPrison?:
If I become staff, I'll strive to help build this server to be the best and bring in fresh ideas to the community. I'll spend as much time as I can in improving it where possible and sustaining the players' interest.
Why you want to get accepted on our Staff Team?:
I'd like to get accepted into your staff team so I can be part of something which, by the sounds of it, has a lot of potential. I'd love to bring new ideas to other staff members and help the community and server grow. If possible, I want to bring the people together; create a real community where people like to communicate and work together, rather than solo playing on a multiplayer server.
Are you useful? (Y/N):
In my opinion, I am. I feel like I have quite a vast knowledge of server activities, such as plugins (not creating, but I'm quite good at configuring them). I'm also a decent builder as I look into detail.

Teamwork is where people come together and work to achieve a goal. They need to learn to co-operate with each other to achieve this.

How much hours do you play per day?:
I can play 1-4 hours roughly, sometimes more on weekends, a day. Please bear in mind that next week I will be away due to it being half term, so I'll be away from home for Monday-Friday, so I am unsure of what I'll have access to.
Since when you start playing minecraft?:
About 5 years ago (19th July 2011, precisely).
A player is asking help, what are you going to do?:
I'll ask them what they need help with, and if I can assist them, I will.
A player is spamming the chat, what are you going to do?:
I will mute them for around 3 minutes and warn them of severer consequences. If they proceed to spam after the 3 minutes is up, I would temp ban them for an hour. After that hour, if they came on and continued, I would increase the tempban by another hour. I would tempban them a maximum amount of 3 times, and if after all this they still continue, I would ban them.
A player is speaking other languages, what are you going to do?:
I'd ask them politely to please speak English in the main chat, and for them to speak other languages in private messaging. If they ignored my request, I would temporarily mute them, following the steps for spamming I said from then on.
A player is reporting player2 for hacking, what are you going to do?:
I would watch player2 to make sure they weren't hacking. If they were, they would be banned. If they weren't, I'd inform player1 that they weren't hacking and to please stop hackusating.
A player is making false report, what are you going to do?:
I would inform them that they are wrong and ask them to stop. If they refused to stop, I'd revoke their powers to do so, if possible.
How do you treat players nicely?:
You treat them how you'd like to be treated. You need to be the bigger person, also - if they're being nasty to you, don't be nasty back - that's just giving them what they want.
A player is advertising a another server in our server, what are you going to do?
I'd follow the same procedure as if they were spamming.
A player is insulting our server, what are you going to do?:
Tell them that if they don't like it, they don't need to be here.
A forum user is spamming our forum, what are you going to do?:
If I had the power, I'd revoke their post powers for an amount of time. If they continued, I'd ban the account.
A forum user is insulting our server, what are you going to do?:
The same as if it was in game - tell them that if they don't like it, they don't need to be here.
A forum user breaks the forum rules, what are you going to do?:
I'd warn them. If they break the rules a certain amount of times, it will be a temp ban then followed by a permanent ban if they continued.
