I left the server right when I joined they were rude to me. Said I had a bad minecraft name and who would ever do that...

Why do you want this position: I have all of those talents. I have been admin/dev on over 20 servers. I have more experince than alot of other people. I can Build/moderate the server and I can do some DEV work. As being an administrator on 20 server I am trusted alot for the positions I get.I am very Mature for my name then most people. I have helped lots of servers in the past. I have been an admin on a 40 people server. (40 players a day). I never abused my rank when I got staff and I will do a great job if I am accepted.
Why do you think you deserve this position? I think I deserve this position because I am mature respectful, and have great determanation. Also the previous reason about this question.

A Plugin-Manager is a person that sets up permissions and configures plugins.That means that you have to set-up the plugins to my likings and setting up the permissions to exactly how I say.

Why should I choose you:You should choose me because I have been admin on over 20 servers because of my knowledge of plugin working and DEv work. I'm very smart with that stuff I know how to config do WG/WE/permissions/rank setup/ and alot of other cool things. I have alot of respect for my age. i know how to also deal with people that are not helpful to anyone and are rude.
