I'm considering a side project where I build small replayable dungeons in a map. I might add some twists, such as a limited number of lives, leaderboard stuff, etc.
What do y'all think? And if you wanted to play it once I had released it, what would you want to see in it?
Developing and testing big datapacks is no easy feat. I very much feel for those people who spend lots of time and effort on those things.
This alone took a lot of testing to get just right... and I bet I'll have to do some bugfixing while I'm working on the rest of the project this is for. Does it ever end well, let alone end? xD
This castle, impregnable against many a dangerous entity, has withstood the test of war for decades. Under their proud, heroic king, those who have taken refuge behind its walls have never been consumed by the creatures of the night.
Thus far, no evil force has ever been capable of penetrating these walls - certainly never without meeting great opposition. Yet just how long can the unwavering soldiers of this stronghold fight on... before a new threat finally overcomes them?
Quest of a True Adventurer will be a kit-based map. The player's objective is to complete every level in the map. Each kit is designed for different play styles, advantages, and abilities. Utilize each kit's aspects well, and you will overcome many a trial on this quest - not to mention get some cool loot along the way! I provide plenty of info on the map's progress on the Quest of a True Adventurer Official Discord, so be sure to pay a visit if you've taken an interest in the map.
Portal Quest is an animation project in the works. I am not the head of the project, but rather a builder for it. I will share some screenshots of the builds as I go, but only for completed structures. If you want more info on this, check out Avatar2003 Official's profile page.
Hopefully, these projects both turn out really well. Until we know for sure, have a nice day! B)
