Minecraft/Servers Server in need for staff

Little info about yourself: I've been playing Minecraft since 1.3 Beta and I've been an Admin on two servers, worked as a mod, and ran my own. I enjoy the game and have a lot of free time on the weekends. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and don't mind lots of questions or being pestered.
Timezone: PST
Why would you like to become staff: I have lost interest in the game and am hoping to regain it. I also have a love of helping people and am incredibly patient. I know that being staff can be a stressful experience, and should be taken seriously.
Building Skill(1-10): I would say I have decent building skills, I'm more into details than huge builds. 6-7/10
Plugin Knowledge: I've done plugins for my own server and a few others. I know how to install them and how to problem solve with any errors that occur. I can write permissions, although I haven't done so in quite awhile. I have a good enough knowledge of them to be helpful, but I couldn't write them myself.

Previous Building/Staff experience(If you want a staff spot, you must NOT be staff on any other servers currently): Well I was a owner of a server, but know the server is dead so, I have nothing better to do then help others with their server so i am all yours
If you are also looking for a staff posistion: (You will not be accepted as staff based on just this app, we will also be interviewing you and testing you.)
If User1 reported to you that User2 had griefed their house, but gave no proof, what would you do?(First I would turn on the spy thing in essentials, i would listen in on the private conversations, second I would go to the location and use the anti griefing software I HOPE you have installed.
Do you have any experience with the following plugins?(Please Elaborate):
WorldGaurd: Flushstates, Reload, Yeah I have experience.. But not needed since i am not using the console..
GroupManager: None.. I used HeroChat!! You can tell me how and i will get it
Essentials: Everything i know about this I love essentials!!!
NoCheat: None
SpamGuard: None
ChestShop: Yes B 45:35 S (Haha)
Citizens: None
LWC: Yes Locking Chests is easy for me!!!

My brother's alarm goes off, I yell at him to turn it off and go back to sleep
My alarm goes off, I can't figure out how to turn it off so I yank the cord out of the wall and go back to sleep
My brother rudely wakes me up
