Your problem is, (DON'T HATE ME IF I'M WRONG, I HAVEN'T PLAYED PE FOR AWHILE) you can't add skins to Minecraft PE. When you save a skin to minecraft.net, you are saving a skin to a computer game of Minecraft, not the hand-held version. If you don't have Minecraft for the computer, then it is saving the skin to your COMPUTER MINECRAFT account, not your MINECRAFT PE account.
