let me get it right ! spawn and such are too easy ! but the things you ask such as classes and Teams are a bit complicated and requires something more than just typical redstone knowledge it can be done easily on 1.5 (with scoreboard command ) but in 1.4.7 it needs some serious wiring ! and some filters !
