I have a gaming server on line in Canada. It is an i7-6700k with 32 Gbytes and 500meg connection through a very advanced Ddos filtering system. I run my own DNS on it so I can give you a sub-net URL on mc-game.us, mc-game.ca, or mc-hosts.com. (your-game-name.mc-game.us) I can supply you with a Multicraft control panel.
I am working on a uSkyBlock game that I will be putting on line in the next week or so. You can run your game by yourself. I have plenty of room on this server, or if you are open to it, we could bungee our work together to build a small enterprise server. You can see what I have created so far at skyblock.mc-game.us.
I am offering free use because I hate to see all the cost of maintaining this server go to waste.
