ok but you need to look in the folder your server is in, click on the server file and check if whitelist=true

if whitelist is true you need to put our names in the whitelist file, also in the server folder, for us to join. like so

    immijimmi
    admin
    admin2
    etc

next part for you to do is to click on virtual servers again and fill in one of the empty rows, like this:

    [tick] [Minecraft] [25565]-[25565] [TCP] 192.168.2.[last number of IPv4] [25565]-[25565]

no. the external is for others to connect but you dont need it so forget it for now.

the INternal is the important one for this. remember the last number of your IPv4 adress? that is what you need.

    ok thats your external ip.

now if you did what i told you to in my last post, then click back to virtual servers and post that you've done so, and i'll tell you what to do next. btw when i say ip in the last post i meant the internal ip

when you click through the login screen it should come up with a table that has all the devices that are on your router. since you said your ip is 192.168.2.3 you need to remember the row of the table with that EXACT ip because that is your computer. this is to identify which computer needs port forwarding (yours). you can also find out which device is your comoputer by looking at the device names

Right ok im on an instruction video for belkin routers. Apparently first you have to login so in the sidebar click DHCP client list and type in your password. if you havent changed your router password leave it blank and click submit.

68.87.85.102 isnt working either so you need to port forward and if you arent sure what your 'internet ip' is then like i said go on a website such as:

    whatismyip.com

and post the big number it displays because that is the ip you are looking for.

so you've already attempted to port forward?

if so, then you might have entered some information wrong.

i want you to literally highlight the whole page, copy it and post it here please. it helps a LOT to know the format of information.
