Health update!

Hey guys! just thought I would update some of you on my current health situation.
I got a double endoscopy and colonoscopy yesterday, and it turns out I have inflamed intestines and hemorrhoids due to my ARFID preventing me from eating diverse and healthy foods. DONT WORRY! I should be completely fine, as i am starting a smoothie bowl diet to help my intestines relax, but the colonoscopy prep has left me incredibly exhausted, which is why I have been inactive. Good things are coming soon, thanks to my boyfriend's support.

although we do not know the results yet, we were told this is the most likely cause for the inflammation. I will keep you all updated!
