If you are just a highly complex collection of physical matter, how does a first person point of awareness come into being? Why do we experience things from such a non tangible way while being made of tangible stuff?

Just imagine: the Laniakea Supercluster contains over 100,000 galaxies (including the Milky Way) stretched out over 520 million light years. On average, there are over 100 billion stars per galaxy and there are at least 17 billion earth-sized planets for every galaxy. Just imagine the sheer number of planets there are in the Laniakea Supercluster alone...

And that's not including the other 10 billion galaxies in the observable universe.

Such a vast expanse of worlds in the universe and people still believe there is no life outside of earth?

Making palettes: Starting from the lightest colour, it should be like this:
    Hue goes down,
    Saturation goes up,
    Value goes down.

Try to stick to only four colours for your palette.

Make sure your palette is consistent and doesn't contain any colours that would look yuck with the overall tone.

    Example of a bad palette:
    Example of a good palette:

When making your skin, don't be sad that it doesn't look nice when you haven't even finished it! Once you've finished your shading, your skin will look beautiful!

    Notice the difference?!

When shading hair, don't make it all random and yuck.. Unless you've meant for it to look yuck and messy.

    Example of yuck hair shading:

    Example of yum hair shading:

This character is supposed to have very curly, thick hair. Do you notice that the yummy hair shading looks a little more realistically curly than the yucky hair? The yucky hair looks weird and too patterned. It could work out if this character had very odd, messy hair.

    That's it, I guess,

I look out of my window at the hive of activity opposite. The building company have been working tirelessly for a month now, and I've been taking a single photo every day. I'm going to turn it into a video and stick it on youtube when they're done.

First the powerful diggers tearing up the dirt, then the concrete being mixed and poured with more precision than a celebrity pastry chef. Now a spider's web of steel scaffolding is being erected, a chrysalis from which the building can emerge.

Today is different though, work has stopped and everyone is gathered around in some form of confrontation. There is the site engineer arguing with the architect, looking out of place in his fancy suit. I get dressed and pop downstairs to see what's going on. As I cross the road I start to hear their conversation.

"East West when it should be North South!" Shouts the architect, his face rather red.

"North South? The plans clearly state East West!" Rebuts the engineer, waving some A1 paper at the architect.

"Give those to me!" Shouts the architect, grabbing the paper and opening it on a nearby bench.

I slowly approach and peer over his shoulder to see what's going on. I look down at the corner of the plans, and see what the problem is. The plot's been twisted!

Unfortunately there isn't much for anyone here to help you. 250 ms is still a bearable ping to play with, so don't fret too much.

Tera is honestly one you may want to check out. TERA in general is gorgeous. The environment is extremely detailed and comes with a story behind each area. Stand on top of a mountain and see half of the continent in the distance. Character models are great, but half of them will be covered by some crazy cash shop costume. Each area has a pretty distinct theme and feel that makes them memorable.
End game is basically a gear grind. There are about 4-5 dungeons that drop gear, materials, and designs. Once you have the gear, you run them solely for materials to make the best gear in the game. I've reached a point where I have the gear to run everything and have no interest on getting the top tier equipment. I log in, do some dailies, idle in town, log out. There isn't much to do. PvP endgame is similar, except you are running the same BGs over and over to acquire currency to craft the best PvP gear. Lots of players I have talked to just get to that top tier equipment and then stop playing until another patch adds more end game content. There really isn't much to do after you hit a certain point.

\Despite this, Tera is a pretty rewarding game. It's casual and hardcore player-friendly so yeah.. Choose whatever.

Sounds like a book I would read, provided you find a way to make this story apart from the rest of the dystopian novels.
