Lately, I've been having the same problem when I view PMC pages using Google Chrome. However, when I use Microsoft Edge, I don’t have this issue. Honestly, I had the black screen problem earlier this year as well, but then it went away. Now, it has come back again recently. Personally, I don’t understand why

Well, a jam is a PMC feature that allows people to submit skins, texture packs, maps, etc. often going off of a theme.
This one in particular is autumn/fall themed.
It will likely be held during… well… Fall!
