I've come to learn that self love is one of the most important things needed to survive in this world. Loving yourself is giving you the hope and affection you need to keep going and to keep believing that you can do it. Self love is not narcissism. It's filling that empty void in you with love and compassion. It is being your own best friend when no one else is there to help heal you from all the pain you have gone through or are going through. Do not put yourself down. Bring yourself up and show yourself that you are absolutely amazing. Be your own best friend and be the light at the end of the tunnel for yourself. Reward yourself with absolute love and kindness. Forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for all the mistakes or imperfections you may have. Love your imperfections and forgive yourself for making mistakes. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful parts of loving yourself. You may have imperfections that you absolutely hate now, but forgive yourself for them and start loving those beautiful imperfections! Take care of yourself and love yourself is all I ask. Never feel bad for loving yourself because self love is an absolutely amazing thing. It heals all the pain and shows you that you can hug yourself any day and never feel bad about it. Self love is important. Remember that.
