Moderator ResumeMaturity (1-10): Depends... I am around a 9 when I am serious and about a 4 when chatting and just general having fun.
Why you're patient: I am a drama teacher in Liverpool working in a behavioural school...
Why you're reasonable: Mostly becuase i have to be to not be fired.
How you're fair: I am a drama teacher. this means I have to dedicate roles to people, deciding between who is good at what role and what role they want to be.
About Yourself: Phew! i can relax now. My name is Vicky Moone, i am recently 19 and dropped out of school at an early age due to personal issues... since then i have really looked at my life and decided i want to DO something interesting. I have alot of free time as I do any homework for my pupils before i leave the school.
Why You're Right for the Job: My personality. I am not too harsh and can be relaxed. i wouldn't constantly pester people or abuse whatever commands i have to manage players who just come on to have fun! which is what minecraft is about! Yet... I can be strict when prompted and will punish players (unless you want me to consult others first) fairly and wont take personal arguements into my job.
Referrals: Sadly i couldn't get any due to losing contact with most server owners/members. Which annoys me to no end. (Though i wouldn't be posting this if i had a moderator "Job".)
I was thinking of applying for head mod but decided to let the server get used to me and the other way round.
