Thanks for the suggestions. I agree with not having too many plots on each block. And also the time on the server. But as I said its just for fun, not too serious.
Regarding the layout i was more thinking of people express themselves in their own way. Having a downtown and parks, forests, residential etc... is a great idea for a realistic build but this is more of a mashup of peoples own ideas. Its a place where people can do what ever they want as they maybe would on solo play but with the community and socialising of a group build without the rules and judging of others wanting it in a certain way . It may look wacky when finished but thats part of the fun of it
