Previous Experience('s): I was a mod on two different servers around a year or so ago, but work got so overwhelming that i had to let the positions go. fortunately i am now in a position once again where i can monitor servers around the clock.
Maturity: i would have to give myself an 8/10. this is due to my age for a starter and also because i find that there is no point in being childish about this sort of thing. I also can't find myself being immature at this age, and i tend to keep a firm grasp on the line between when something turns from a joke to a problem.
why you want to join: I feel that i should get this mod/admin position due to a number of reasons. I have had passed experience with servers and so i know how to deal with miscreants and people who aren't behaving. I enjoy joking around and having fun as much as anyone else, but i know where the line is with things like abuse of authority and power. I don't want there to be segregation between myself and any of the players as i think that can cause problems. Inclusion is a big part of my philosophy, i think that if we get everyone involved together in things then servers can be considered a much more friendly environment, this is unlike quite a few servers that i have visited in which admins pay little or no attention to the players or problems taking place. I have a good ability to resolve problems and will try my best not to use things like ban or kick unless the situation truly calls for it. I have also never been banned for a reason, aside from once being banned due to the owner/admins messing around and being immature. I can spend a lot of time on the server and i will do any task necessary. I am dedicated in work in real life and i don't see this as any different to that, or at least, why should it be treated any differently.
