Really nice server.
It's also where all the cool kids go.
Anyway, this server is really cool for about a gazillihoozawahtzallion, but I'll just list a few.
-Despite it's moderate community size, there are people from all kinds of timezones, so you're almost certain to meet someone.
-The staff is really nice, and I mean REALLY nice. (No, I'm not talking about myself, I'm not egotistical. I am nice though! )
-The server owners work hard to make DNMC a better place with constant events, updates, and projects. It really keeps this server active.
-You can Roleplay! Even wanted to just be stupid silly, or be a dark king ruling the Nether with minions all around? Well, now you can!
So there's some reasons I think this server is awesome, now let's get to some features.
-Custom Items!! This server has some really cool items that drops from mobs, such as swords, blocks, and bows!
-Grief Protection! This is nice, because we all have probably had that moment where all of our stuff is stolen.
-Locked Chests! While this may seem unnecessary with the grief protection, it's completely crucial. Say your in the wild and you are mining. Uh oh, inventory is full! What to do? If you leave a chest here the stuff will be stolen! Wait, you can lock that chest! The adventure is saved!
-Other Commands! Including /tpa, /home, /hat (this is a favorite of mine), and many more all available to YOU, the player!
There are some really cool peeps to hang with, including me, but you didn't want to meet me, did you? Of course, how could I be so dumb? .

You should really join this server for one reason and one reason only, and that's cause I play on here.
Naaahhhh, just kidding, this server is awesome, and it would be even more awesome if there were some more people to meet, like you, you know, the guy/gal reading this?! *hint hint* *nudge nudge* *wink wink*
