Applying for Builder or Mod?: I am applying for Moderator
Past Experience: I have owned 2 servers of My Own ( BurstCraft and DripCraft) one of which is presently running. I Know a MAJOR amount of useful, fun, essential, and plain awesome plugins. I know that a large portion of players on my server currently running enjoy me as an owner and they know that I take suggestions. Being an operator, I know how hard getting to the bottom of a story is but I also find it a challenge, and I have been a part a lot of communities, thus I have matured and learned a lot from them. I understand what punishments should be distributed based on the offense. I showed the qualities required to be a helper on other servers (not directly but as an admin, mod, and owner) . I have watched players come and go and I, most certainly, will work my heart out to keep players on the server.I love to help out servers new or old! In addition, making sure work is getting done is my craft, and I possess many skills that help me achieve these goals. My forte is Staff/Server management, but I am also a fair builder, I know a good amount of about permissions(Semi coder), I can set up enjin sites (maybe even a non enjin?) very well, and I am very adept at solving problems between players. I assure you that if you accept me, you will not be let down. I am currently owning a server that has around 15 dedicated players. To add to the experience, I have been an administrator on 2 servers, one being play.corbacraft.com and another being mc.thel33t.com. My heart was broken when the "l33t" lost its community. In addition, my moderation experience (moderator) is another aspect of my minecraft "career" that I believe you and your team should look at in my application, for I have been, and still am on some that are still up, a staff position ranging from the simplest of helpers to the authenticity of admin and moderator. What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - As advice to give to someone who had to deal with people younger than them, I would say to talk in their "language" and make yourself known and friendly so that they can talk to you anytime about problems, suggestions, or even a request to play!



Do you have any experience with depression? How have you dealt with this? - Never, in fact right in my home town i go to centers to support people with depression every Sunday

Are you able to record? Honestly, I am able to record. However, quality might be an issue. Other than that I am able to record anytime anywhere!

Qualifications outside of Minecraft for a leadership role? On the fact of my life outside of minecraft, I am a straight A student who is taking advanced classes in 8th grade, for I take Algebra1 and Earth Science, both of which are supposed to be 9th grade classes. Not only this, but I am going to be the validictorian for the end of my 8th grade year as me and my classmates move on to highschool. In addition, I am an excelent time manager and currently have a 97 overall average WITH the taking of THREE advanced classes, the other being Studio Art 1. To add to my points of leadership, I am the captain of 4 lacrosse teams 3 of which are travel. I hope one day to recieve a scholarship from the game of lacrosse.
Do you believe that admins should have the right to take action without asking? Not all the times, however if need be then yes. As long as the situation sees fit.
Where is the line between being nice and spoiling the players? Here is my view of it : Interact with the players, even play with them, however be sturdy and stern on the rules of the server and keep mind of the better of the server at all times
Are you anti-social? No way! I love being around people. I have a girlfriend.
Tell me about a staff member that you saw treating a player unfairly how would you fix the situation? I would PM the staff member and tell him/her to cut it out and keep in mind that they are staff on the server for A REASON, and I would tell them to act mature, be polite, and follow the rules, or be temporarilly punished
What is your favourite mob and why? My favorite mob is a blaze because i find it odd how they can thrust flaming fireballs at you yet be so so weak.
