Why should we hire you? I love being a part of a community and helping people out. In real life, I really love the satisfaction that comes with getting a thank you from someone you've helped, or even just helping someone without a response. Overall, helping people just makes my "world go round" I'd I love to apply that to another part of my life ( minecraft ). Also, I love being a part of a community, and to have friends and other people to talk to. I think I'm a pretty social person, and being a part of a staff allows me to express how social I am and be more outgoing. I am respectful. I believe respect is a large buildng block of having a smooth, healthy, and succesful server! So in order to benefit this "Large Building Block of a Server"...
I will be the most respectful to Everyone who is in return, Equally Respectful! I will, by doing so create a safe, bully free atmosphere for the people to enjoy and recreate on the server!
Do you have any past experiences with being a server staff member? I do. In fact, I owned a server that was semi-successful up until last year. Not only this, but I was moderator on my friends very populated server a few months back. I learn quickly and can perform with the expectations required for any job assigned to me. I am a hard worker and never back down from any sort of challenge.
What do you want to personally gain from being staff?I want to minimize the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. But more to the point I would like to become a moderator to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. Finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently. I could bring my commitment, I would try me very hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience.
Also because of my previous experience I have a great understanding of appropriate sanctions and the best means to deter rule breakers, by simply making fair unbiased decisions. Also I have high amounts of time and patients, which I think would be essential when helping players come to grips with rules and any problems that have
How often can you take part-in and assist with the server? At least 2-4 , but more in later days because most of my extracurricular activities have ended and in about two weeks my school year will end so I can put in upwards of 4 hours.
On a scale 1/10, how mature are you? I am a 9/10, for I can be chill BUT at the right time
On a scale 1/10, how well can you control your temper? 10/10, in real life my friends and family say i am the most calm person they know

On a scale 1/10, how well can you avoid using profanity? 10/10, profanity will not be used at all.
Lastly, tell us about yourself. Many people have different reasons to apply for staff. Mine will sound a little cheesy but its true. I purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn’t meant to be a fun job, but keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. I NEVER allow these two to mix together because that could jeopardize my position and probably annoy some players. Lastly, I know that certain people apply for the rank because they think it will bring them respect and make them cool. I have never considered this as a reason to apply and I frankly hate these types of people. They often end up abusing their power and getting banned. I have never abused and will never abuse. I am applying because I believe that I have what it takes to help the server.

6. You will never attempt to denial of service attack the server, website, or any fellow players.
7. You will never abuse your staff permissions.
8. You will never use racist or sexist terms to discriminate a group or someone.
9. Never will you post any inappropriate links into the chat, or on the forums.
10. You will never spam or use excessive swears within the chat.
