If a player was spamming chat what would you do?: Ask him/her nicely to stop. If he/she wouldn't stop, I'd give a temporary mute as a warning.
If a player says he has seen staff abusing powers, what would you do?: I would ask the person about the situation, and if they decided to not discuss it, I would discuss it with other staff.
