    It's World Mental Health Day, an important day to recognise.

    There is never any shame in suffering or not coping with the world; there is no shame in being different; there is no shame in having something wrong with you; it's ok to ask for help; it's ok to have therapy; it's ok to take medication.
    The stigma around mental health is slowly lifting in some parts of society, but it's still not good enough.

    There are always people around to listen, and there are always resources available to you, no matter your circumstances.

    alotta people make religion, especially Christianity, a bad look, almost all the members are chill, and very loving towards everyone, no matter the person, its just the small group of terrible people who claim to be Christian that the media focuses on, making the whole religion look bad, so my love goes out to all the Christians that got misjudged or hated on because the media puts you inna bad light, love you all <3
