I think i was the one who told you in another forum that too many options without players is a bad way to go right?
I stand by my opinion.
You should at least have a main focus server, this is the server that you advertise and talk about the most and the main reason why people find and join your server.
In my case i have a Op Factions sever, at the weekends theres abou 100/150 people online, and 25% of the server might be in kitpvp... But the main reason they joined was for Op Factions.
Think of it in the perspective of a players looking for a new server:
I am looking for a new server cause i just quit the one i played on, what do i like? What will a search for? If i like pvp i will probably google "pvp server" if i like factions i will google that and so on.... If you dont have a main "game-mode" players might never reach your server. No one types "Network with 1 millions game-modes" in google.
Instead of having the hard work of making 1 server successful, good, functional etc... you have the hard ass job to make 5 or 6 servers successful, wich is a pretty hard task to endure without spending top dollar in advertisements.
Dont follow the example of servers with 2000 players like mineplex, they are so famous they can afford to have 100 game-modes and basically do whatever they want. Comparing your self to such networks is like comparing you local restaurant to McDonalds, they have a huge team, money, advertisement, developers, custom everything, etc..
