Previous experience: I've been playing Minecraft server since Alpha and I have been administrating servers for as long as I can remember. I also made servers of my own and I'm very familiar with bukkit and it's plugins because ever since it first came out I've been using it due to connections with staff from another project. Through my experiences from the past I know that one small mistake can screw up a ton of things. I'm not like those who suck up to the Owner or a higher rank, if something is wrong I will notify the Owner immediately and without hestitation.
What are you applying for? : I'm applying for HeadAdmin.
How would you benefit this server?: First I'll start about what I'll do with my job in general, which seeing as though you're the Head of Admin I'd say you're Head of the server but not the people above you such as Owner. I would Moderate the staff team making sure they're not playing around and they're actually doing their job and I don't really take bullshit well so if they screw up either that's it or it's the Owners choice on what's going to happen to them. Well, I would do exactly what you're supposed to as an Admin, ban hackers, and advertisers instantly. I would jail spammers after asking them to stop and they don't and when I release them I would tell them not to do it again and if they still keep on doing it I'll jail them longer then I'll wait for the Owner to come on or another higher staff position and ask them what do they think I should do. Or I could probably mute him. Basically I will be regulating the rules and making sure that nothing is disrupting the servers name. I would solve disputes between players, help them when they need it even if they didn't ask for it, but in no way will I give them items or anything of that sort. I think that my judging skills helps me make the right choices when times come. I'm diplomatic when I'm under extreme criticism , meaning that I can still maintain my maturity and do what I should do at that time. I would stay with this server until it's dead. Which is not coming anytime soon. I would not leave a player unsatisfied unless he just wants something that I can't give him such as an item or anything of that sort. I'll also be really active on forum and ingame, I can be ingame for 24 hours a day because it's Summer, and I can be on forum that long as well. I think that being an Admin your duties are to regulate the server rules and help as many players as you can basically, to remove everything that violates it and to help everything that needs help. By removing everything that violates it I mean banning the hackers, advertisers, spammers, anyone that isn't doing any good for the server. Also, helping anyone that needs it, you shouldn't leave a player unsatisfied, you have to help him as much as possible but you can't give him any items or anything of that sort. All you may do is provide them with help. Also since players tend to look up to Admins a lot you should set a good example by following the rules and regulations. If you don't know an answer to their question doesn't mean you just go "I don't know." and leave. Refer to another Admin or another staff member. When I say helping people I mean by InGame and Forum because there's a high chance that question you know how to answer. I could also come up with ideas for anything. Also if needed be I can help configure plugins since I'm really experienced in that field.
Why do you want to be staff?: I play 18 hours a day and am very skilled at administrating so that's no problem. And I only work with professional servers and I like your goal and your determination.Not other server owners are this enthusiastic about the success of their server so I'd like to strive far and beyond with you. (:
