Reason you want to be staff-
Honestly, I love to just devote my time to a project and just generally give it my all. I want to be a part of a community, make new friends, and meet new people. I feel like I can do that here. Reading through the other applications, I have come to see that some applicants are above the age of 15 (which is very good in my opinion. I don't like sqeakers.) I like the age restriction on staff, as I believe that just sets a bar for maturity that is usually met by that age group.
Why should we pick you over the other applicants?-
There are tons of reasons why you should pick me, but I will only go over a few here. I can add more over Skype if necessary. I have tons of past experience in other servers as well as a few I have owned myself. I love to work, I want to constantly be busy doing something that will be for the better of the server. I am mature when need be, but I can also be friendly and crack some jokes with people as well. I've had a lot of past experience in actually running servers, whether it be behind the console or in-game. So, if you have any questions about console work or plugins, I can probably help.
What can you bring to our server?-
I can bring all of my experience, my maturity, my age, etc. I work very well with others, and have never come across someone who I couldn't stand.
Skills-
As stated before, I have tons of experience running servers and also administrating them as well. If you need more info on this just ask over Skype.

Maturity is hard to rate. I can be a 10 when I need to be, but I can also have fun once in a while and not be so serious.

Very well. I love meeting new people and just generally working as a team.
Personality(What type of person are you?)-
I'm a pretty fun guy, but I can also switch to being strict in an instant if I need to be. I'm pretty lenient if I see fit, but I don't take much complete bullshit.
What makes a good staff member?-
Staff members, whether it be in MineCraft or real life, should be diligent. They should always work hard and strive to go above and beyond the usual requirements of their job.
How many hours will you be available to dedicate to the server and the community?-
I can dedicate several hours a day, anywhere from 2-12+.

No, I can't.
Are you good at detail and graphics designing?(Banners/Icons Etc)(If so can you show any previous works?)-
I can a bit, actually. I've made some GFX for myself recently if you'd like to see. Just ask on Skype.
