Custom Skins/Skin Requests

I am always open to skin requests as long as you tell me in detail (or at least the basic outline) of the type of skin you want. I do reserve the right to refuse any skin request or to post any skins I make as I don't charge for anything. I will admit my skins aren't that great but I'm doing this for the practice so..... Also don't feel shy to send requests as it helps me get better at making skins and gives me ideas for what to do. Anyways to sum this all up I need skin ideas and am stuck in a hole so I'm taking requests.
