This is an interesting and unique, post. Before getting too off-topic I do like the way you provided us with screenshots and what mods you have active. This becomes very useful when troubleshooting. Alright, and to the actual problem solving. This could be due to lack of RAM allocated to Minecraft, as you have many mods activated, your PC may not be able to handle it.
