Past experience:
  Over the past 10 years of playing Minecraft, I have served in various positions on multiple servers. First, I served as Head Administrator on CraftiteSMP as well as Moderator, Admin, then Head Administrator on JungleCraft. I additionally further served in one other Admin role and two Moderator roles on other servers. Overall, I have gained plenty of experience in staff positions. During my time at CraftiteSMP as Head Administrator, I also played a role in website development and was in charge of staff hiring.

Why choose you:
 I believe you should choose me because of my dedication and performance in previous staff position roles. Additionally, I can bring a sense of maturity to the staff team as well as uphold myself in a professional yet caring and amiable manner. What is most important to me is that I not only perform and execute the duties of Administrator but also interact and have fun with future members of the server to build trust between staff and community. In my previous roles, I was able to handle and resolve many difficult scenarios and player vs. player conflicts as well as staff vs. staff conflicts, which to me is important in the role of Administrator. In real life I study medicine and work part-time in a hospital, so I resolve conflicts on a daily basis. Throughout my previous staff roles, I was also able to learn all necessary plugins that are vital to the success of a server, and I often recommended plugins that would make the server better.

5. Do you have any previous staff experience? Yes, I have been on several servers, and have a good amount of experience with moderating servers.

6. Are you currently a staff member on another server? No, not at the moment.

7. Have you been banned before on another server? No, I have never been banned before on a server.

8. What position do you think is most critical to running a server? Why? In my opinion, it is not on specific position that is the most valuable, but every position contributes its own value and work to the server.

9. What would you do if you were being unfairly treated by an admin? I would talk to them in a professional manner and ask them why they are acting in such a way.

10. If you could describe your leadership by the example of another world leader past or present, who would it be? Why? (Examples of world leaders: President Barack Obama, Queen Elizabeth II, President JFK) I wouldn't necessarily compare my leadership to anyone because I am not the owner, nor an admin, therefore giving me no technical "leadership" position. But, I guess in some sense, I would relate myself to Bernie Sanders -- he is blunt, but at the same time very fair, kind and equal.

11. What do you think you can do as a staff member that other applicants can't? I would consider myself a very socially outgoing person; I enjoy talking to others and having fun with fellow staff members or players.

12. If player A accused player B of hacking, how would you go about handling it among the entire staff? I would look at Player A's evidence for convicting Player B, and consult my fellow staff members on the issue. If it is a unanimous or majority's decision that Player B is hacking, then I would make the decision to punish them according to server rules and previous bans.

13. If your leadership capabilities were a type of ice cream flavor, what would it be and why? I would camper them to rocky road, because while having the basic chocolate, it also has other elements which makes it unique and a popular choice.

I don't see how this applies... A eight year old could be more mature than a 16 year old, and yet you'd rather have the 16 year old?


As I fully understand your point, this rule was established by the owner. I do not have control over that say-so.

I really enjoyed Sparki's story. Her opening was nice and refreshing with the use of the literary devices. The overall plot was nicely developed, and the climax to the end was vigorous. Nice job, Sparki.

The downfall of Mono's story for me was the climax wasn't intense at all. The bulk of the tale was centered around the "story inside a story" deal. The sight of the eyes glowing in the woods wasn't that good of a hands-on encounter for me. Otherwise, I liked he recurrence of the phrase, "not even so much as a footprint." I felt as if Mono could've gone a lot further with his/her plot.

When in doubt, just run it through a trustworthy grammar checker. I typically use Grammarly for all of my essays in school, as well as all of my other projects.

From my review, neither stories have great grammar. Additionally, neither were written in the standard story format.

Experiment #000014, in my opinion, was more organized into an actual idea/concept. Even though I agree with Zatharel's comment about the concept of an "experiment" being overused, I believe a dog-on-man concept was a good shot at originality.

That Night, in my opinion, wasn't organized well. The characterization lacked, so I had a hard time forming ideas of the characters themselves. I also felt that the plot didn't tie together too well either. Nonetheless, it isn't the worst I have seen.

I vote in favor of Experiment #000014.

I like the idea of having it more than once per year. Not one month, but something divisible by 12. So like twice a year (every 6 months), three times a year (every four months), or four times a year (every 3 months).

I can do some announcing of awards. Good idea to get a lot of people involved and to meet others.

I'd also like to be the interior designer for the lobby, stage, etc. If you need any proof of work, I can forward you a few things when I get the chance.

I am very proficient in communication with others as well as a promotion of a safe and fun work environment. I have a great work ethic. I hold myself liable to all of my duties, and I make no excuses when I fail to carry them out. I am able to efficiently collaborate with fellow team members, and I also hold them accountable for their duties and responsibilities of their respective position.
