You might not have interesting things to do on your server.
This has happened to me with my server for a while until I added things
for people to have more fun. I get more people now. Maybe you need
fun things or ask someone to help you on your server. It could also
be that your spawn isn't great but I'm not saying the spawn is bad.
I'll come on there and check it out my IGN is epikpython2.

Donor ranks for a prison server, haven't written anything about this topic yet!
For one maybe for example if you use the A-Z ranking like most prison servers use,
I suggest like A+, A++ for two of them. If you can base some off other ones people use by not fully coping them but using a certain some format or way they rank the donations.

Why should I choose you? I work for alot of servers, and I would like to play, and work with you and your staff! I can build things, manage plugins, and more! I have a bunch of experience being a staff as I've worked for over 10 servers (They all have been successes). All the people I've worked with have been thankful of my work and I will be active! If you have troubles on the server or with a plugin ask me I'll be up to the task!

I've created and helped develop many servers. My goal is to
help all people in need of big things for their server. I'm good with
Factions, McMMO, towny, floAuction, Essentials, and many more plugins,
just name one and I will probably know it! Some builds of mine are on my own fun
