How will you be a beneficial factor to the server: I will be a beneficial factor because I know what I'm doing, I've been a 'Moderator' for quite some time, I also know the game like the back of my hand.. Which leads me to my next statement, I'm only here to make it a successful and safe community for other players.

Past Experience as staff: Well, my experiences with staff have been mostly moderation. I started off by asking higher authority players what is needed from the staff, and how they want the job done. Then, I take action, helping out as much as I can. I know a ton about this stuff, and fully committed to helping out. 100% of my time.
Tell us about your experience on handling annoying players: I would handle annoying players by first private messaging them and calming them down. Second off, I would tell them that in order to receive respect, you must give respect. If more severe, I would have to kick it up a notch. I would have to give them a mute, and warn them saying that 'cursing, or spamming' is against the rules.
Would you donate: (Doesn't matter just seeing your dedication <3) I would donate, every month I will donate at least $25 to help keep it going.
Would you be angry if staff decided to demote you: Heck no, I wouldn't be mad. I'm not an angry type of person, I will be totally fine if I were to get demoted.
Do you understand the concept of helper: Of course I understand this concept. When I hear the word 'Helper', I'm immediately in. I believe that I have a numerous amount of aspects for staff that makes up a 'helper'.
Personally I believe that there are a number of fundamental aspects to "staff". I believe these aspects to be: Obedience, trust, commitment and flexibility. Most of the time, within a team you will find some form of a 'leader'. In a team, the most frustrating thing that can occur is disobedience. That is why for a team to function properly, everyone should be prepared to listen and carry out orders. Sometimes people may not see any good out of the order but they should be prepared to carry it out which comes to my next point - trust. Trust acts as 'glue' and is what keeps the team together. It is such a valuable and delicate thing because once trust it lost, it's very hard, if not impossible to recuperate. Team mates should trust each other and be able to rely on one another because that's what teams are.
My saying is: "If you make a commitment, stick to it." and I'm saying that I'm prepared to fully commit to becoming a Helper. The last aspect; Flexibility is really to explain that team members should be able to adjust to a situation which they may not be too familiar with. The word 'sacrifice' may be relevant as component in being a helper is to pull your weight even if it isn't beneficial towards yourself. Hypothetically speaking, I'm prepared to do my share of the work as well as more because I know being a helper isn't easy - it's hard work.
Tell Us About Yourself: Well, to start off I am happy to be applying today. I am a very 'chill' type of guy, and can pull my own weight. I really want to stick with a server that can accept me for being a mellow type of person. Don't get me wrong either, when it's time to help, it's time to help. I am fully committed to becoming a helper on this server and I hope you all feel the same.
If possible, I would also like to be 'trained' in a sense so I can learn how exactly staff wants me to 'calm players' or varying on the situation how to give warnings and such. This is only if I get accepted, of course.
